REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy for Monthly Subscriptions

1. Subscription Cancellations

  • No Refunds for Partial Months: Since our subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis, we do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel your subscription during the middle of a billing cycle, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current month, but no refund will be provided for the remaining period.

2. Refund Requests

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided for monthly subscriptions. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for requesting a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of the billing date.

  • Refund Approval: Refunds are granted at the discretion of Feelings Radio. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

3. Technical Issues

  • Service Interruptions: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing the services you have subscribed to, and if these issues are due to a fault on our end, we may consider providing a partial or full refund. Please report any service interruptions promptly to our support team.

  • No Refunds for User-Related Issues: Refunds will not be provided for issues related to user error, such as forgotten passwords or lack of internet access.
